Testing steps:
1)Inoculate: uncover the top film of the plate, pipette 1ml of sample and drip it onto the center of the plate vertically. 2)Incubate: put the plates (film upwards, piled less than 12 pieces) into the incubator (36±1℃) and incubate for 15-24hrs. 3)Interpret: count the purple colonies, and the fast, precise, and consistent results can be obtained with the help of a built-in grid.
