Testing Principle:

This competitive ELISA assay detects AMOZ by measuring color intensity at 450nm, which is inversely proportional to the AMOZ concentration in the sample.   The absorbance is compared to a standard curve to determine precise AMOZ levels.

How to Use:

1️⃣ Sample Preparation – Homogenize and extract the sample following the provided protocol.

2️⃣ Test Procedure:

Add 50μL of standard or sample to each well

Add 50μL enzyme conjugate and 50μL antibody solution

Incubate at 20-28°C for 30 minutes in the dark

Wash wells 4-5 times and remove excess liquid

Add 100μL substrate, incubate 30 minutes, then add 100μL stop solution

Measure absorbance at 450nm using microplate reader
