How It Works – Step-by-Step Instructions

✅ Sample Preparation (Enrichment Required)

1.Homogenize 25g/mL sample in 225mL sterile saline (1:10 dilution).

2.Inoculate 1mL homogenate into 4mL enrichment broth.

3.Incubate at 37°C for 24 hours (shaking at 250 rpm recommended).

4.Mix 100μL culture with 100μL enrichment broth before testing.

✅ Test Procedure

1.Equilibrate test cassette and sample to room temperature (20–40°C).

2.Add 5–6 drops (~100μL) of prepared sample to the cassette’s sample hole.

3.Read results within 10–15 minutes. Results are invalid after 15 minutes.
