  AnaeroPack™ là một hệ thống tạo môi trường nuôi cấy kỵ khí / vi hiếu khí / ưa CO₂ cho vi sinh vật, do MGC sản xuất.

  Điểm nổi bật: Không cần sử dụng nước, không cần sử dụng chất xúc tác để tạo môi trường kỵ khí.

  Cách sử dụng: mở gói nhôm chứa sachet, đặt sachet vào bình hoặc túi nuôi cấy, đóng kín. Sachet sẽ hấp thu O₂ và sinh CO₂ để tạo môi trường kỵ khí.

  Phân loại:

  • Dòng AnaeroPack – Anaero: cho nuôi cấy nghiêm ngặt kỵ khí (O₂ giảm về 0% trong khoảng 2 giờ; CO₂ khoảng ~15% trở lên).

  • Dòng AnaeroPack – MicroAero: cho vi hiếu khí (oxy thấp, CO₂ vừa phải)

  • Dòng AnaeroPack – CO₂: tạo môi trường “ưa CO₂” (capnophilic)

  Về bình/túi chứa: MGC còn cung cấp các bình (jar) chữ nhật, túi đứng (standing pouch) để sử dụng cùng với sachet này.

  Một số lưu ý an toàn / sử dụng:

  • Khi mở gói, quá trình hấp thu O₂ bắt đầu ngay — nên đóng nắp bình nhanh (ví dụ: trong vòng 1 phút cho jar, 30 giây cho túi) để đảm bảo môi trường được tạo đúng cách.

  • Nếu dùng nhiều sachet cùng lúc, không được chồng xếp lên nhau.

  • Gói đã sử dụng có thể nóng lên — nên để nguội trước khi xử lý
