ALOA Agar, viết tắt của Agar Listeria according to Ottaviani and Agosti, là môi trường chọn lọc dùng để phát hiện và phân lập Listeria monocytogenes, đặc biệt trong các mẫu thực phẩm và môi trường. Môi trường này dựa trên khả năng của Listeria monocytogenes trong việc đồng thời thể hiện hai hoạt động enzyme, đó là β-glucosidase và Phosphatidylinositol-specific phospholipase C (PI-PLC).
