Defibrinated sheep blood sterile is an essential nutritional supplement for microbiological culture media

Defibrinated Sheep blood, Sterile 35 – 45%
Note: the product does not use anticoagulants; red blood cells have a natural red color
Directions:
Sheep blood is an essential nutritional supplement for microbiological culture media. The sheep blood is aseptically collected and has been processed to remove fibrin. Defibrination sheep blood is now accepted as the best products to prepare microbiology culture media.
Preparation
Add 5-10% or more of defibrination sheep blood into sterile culture media at 45 – 50ºC, mix well and distribute into sterile containers
