Preparation
# Dissolve 27.5g in 500ml of distilled water (purified water)
# Heat and frequent stirring to completely dissolve the medium
# Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes
# Cool to 45-50°C, add 1 vial of AgarCult Listeria Fraser Supplement
# Mix well and dispense into appropriate sterile containers
